1. Our commitment

Procius Limited is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. We have a zero-tolerance approach to any form of forced labour, servitude or trafficking.

2. Our business

We are a UK-based online application support service for DBS checks. Our workforce is employed directly in the United Kingdom, and our supply chain consists mainly of technology, hosting and professional service providers.

3. Our policies

• Fair recruitment: all staff are employed with written contracts and paid at or above the UK Living Wage.
• Supplier standards: suppliers are expected to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
• Whistleblowing: staff can raise concerns confidentially and without fear of reprisal.

4. Due diligence

We assess new suppliers for modern slavery risk before engagement and review existing suppliers periodically. Given the nature of our supply chain, we assess our overall risk as low, but we remain vigilant.

5. Training

Relevant staff receive training on identifying and reporting the signs of modern slavery and human trafficking.
