1. About these terms

These terms of use govern your use of the letalliance.org website and application support services provided by Procius Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 03656962, with its registered office at The Square, Basing View, Basingstoke, RG21 4EB, United Kingdom.

2. Our service

letalliance.org provides an independent application support service for DBS checks. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of the UK Government or the Disclosure and Barring Service. You may apply directly through GOV.UK at the standard government fee without using our service.

3. Fees and payment

The official DBS fee and our support fee are displayed clearly before any payment is taken. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at the point of application submission.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information in your application.
• You must be legally entitled to request the check you apply for.
• You must not use the service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

5. Processing times

DBS processing and postal delivery times are outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular turnaround time and are not liable for delays caused by DBS, police forces or postal services.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel before your application is submitted to DBS for a full refund of our support fee. Once an application has been submitted to DBS, government fees are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our total liability to you is otherwise limited to the fees you have paid to us for the affected application.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
